Many game breaking plays are created from an explosive tactic. Athletes must be prepared for the demands of deceleration and the ability to attain the transitional balance necessary for explosive power initiation in varied directions. The athlete or team with the ability to shift gears quickly, win the races for loose balls, gain a step to break open for a pass, and are able to execute the sport skills of the game. 

Each training session will include proven, specialized speed/explosiveness drills, which will prepare your body to change your speed abruptly, making you a player difficult to track.  Defensively, your body will be prepared to close the gap and stay tight to opponents.
